500 gr chicken wings
50 ml fish sauce
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 green peppers
3 tablespoons sugar
2 red peppers
1 bunch of coriander leaves
1/2 cup corn flour
2 cups refined oil
Salt as needed

Step 1: Suck the chicken wings
To prepare this delicious appetizer recipe, take a small bowl and mix the marinade ingredients and 1 teaspoon of salt to make the marinade for the chicken pieces. Pour this marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well seasoned with spices. Place this bowl in the fridge for about an hour and let the chicken pieces marinate.
Step 2: Put the chicken wings in the cornflour and fry
Then place a large skillet over medium heat and heat the oil in it. Meanwhile, take out the chicken dish and coat each piece of marinated chicken in corn flour. When the oil is warm enough, add this piece of chicken to the pan. Fry all the chicken pieces until golden brown. Once you are done, add these pieces to a kitchen towel to absorb all the oil.
Step 3: Make the fish sauce mixture for the juice
Then take a small bowl and mix the rest of the fish sauce, cloves of minced garlic, sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 4: Mix the chicken wings in the meat broth
Now place a saucepan over medium heat and add this mixture to it. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon salt and finely chopped red pepper. You can adjust the amount of spices according to your taste.
Stir and simmer for a minute, then add the fried chicken wings. Stir well so that this broth is well covered with the fried chicken wings. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and green pepper. Serve hot.
