1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 scrambled eggs

2 cups vegetable oil

1 tablespoon onion powder

10 garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons ginger

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt as needed

1 tablespoon oregano

How to Make Cheese Balls with Garlic |

Step 1: Prepare the chicken mixture

Take a large bowl of the mixture, add the chicken, minced garlic, finely chopped ginger, onion powder, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well using a spoon or your hand.

Step 2: Heat the oil and make chicken balls

Next, heat the oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Meanwhile, divide the chicken mass into small lemon-sized balls, place a small mozzarella cube in the middle and roll it into a narrow ball.

Step 3: Roll these balls in flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs

Place the flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs in three separate bowls. Wet each ball first in flour, then coat with eggs and cover with bread crumbs. Repeat the procedure at least twice with all the balls.

Step 4: Fry the balls until golden brown and serve hot

Now the oil is well heated, reduce the heat to medium. Then start adding 2 to 3 balls at a time and fry deeply. Do not overheat the pan as it will lower the oil temperature. Fry them until golden brown on all sides and then remove from a paper towel to absorb more oil. Serve immediately with the sauce you want.
