How to make a sponge cake

  1. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt and mix well.

  3. Add the sugar to the eggs and beat well until the mass becomes light in color.
  4. Add the milk to the mixture and beat on high speed until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Add the oil to the mixture and continue to mix until the mass becomes creamy.
  6. Gradually add the flour, continuing to beat on medium speed until the flour is completely gone.
  7. Prepare a mold with it to level the sponge cake and coat it with butter paper.
  8. Pour the mixture into the mold and distribute it well so that one side is not higher than the other.
  9. The mold is placed in the preheated oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty-five degrees Celsius.
  10. The cake pan stays in the oven without opening it for thirty-five minutes.
  11. Once the period for boiling the cake has passed, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside until it cools so that it does not fall off.
  12. Remove the sponge cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  13. Turn the cake over in a colander and leave for another half an hour until completely cooled from the bottom.
  14. We cut the cake transversely into three layers.
  15. The first layer is spread and watered with liquid jelly or milk and sugar as desired and left until the liquid is completely absorbed.
  16. Add a thick layer of the prepared Chantilly cream and take it out of the fridge.
  17. Add the second layer of cake and also water with syrup, then pour another layer of cream on top.
  18. Add the last layer and water it with syrup, then completely cover the cake with Chantilly cream on top and side.
  19. Decorate your face with Chantilly cream using a bag of cakes and chocolate.
  20. Pour the melted chocolate in half of the face and smear the face with cream, Vanilla Chantilly and chocolate as desired.
  21. Decorate the chocolate side with pieces of chocolate of various shapes.
  22. Decorate the white side with cream and various fruits like pineapple, peach, mango, apple, strawberry and many more as desired.
  23. Coat the face of the fruit with gelatin to maintain its freshness.
  24. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
