For the cream:

2 tablespoons vanilla

3 cups milk

How to prepare:

– Mix all the ingredients for the dough, except the flour in a bowl

– Mix the ingredients together, then place the bowl in a pot of boiling water to make a water bath

Mix together the ingredients for the dough for 15 minutes so that the eggs do not get stuck

When the mass turns golden brown, remove the pan from the steam

Add a little flour to the mixture and mix until the dough sticks

We take the dough and divide it into 5 parts and cover it

– We take a square pan and grease it from the outside, then prepare the first part of the dough and spread it on the back of the pan using a rolling pin.
