How to prepare

Arrange the eggplant slices in a bowl, sprinkle with a little salt and set aside for two minutes, then place in a colander and place slightly under water to remove salt and liquid.

Heat 3 cups water in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from the heat, add half the amount of turmeric, rice and a pinch of salt and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
Fry the eggplant slices until golden brown, then place on paper towels to absorb the oil, then in the same pan fry the pumpkin slices until brown, then place on paper napkins.

Put the chicken pieces in a pot on the fire, then add the onions, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf and spices and cover the mass with water.

Boil the chicken for 30 minutes after you have exhaled, then drain the liquid and set the liquid aside.
Then cut the chicken breasts into slices

Drain the pumpkin and eggplant slices, add the rice moistened with garlic, then add the remaining amount of turmeric and season with salt, then place the chicken broth over the mass and place the pot on medium heat for 7 minutes.

Lower the heat and let the mixture cook for 45 minutes, then mix the nuts with a little oil until golden brown.

Carefully turn over on serving platter and garnish with chicken and minced parsley
