Ingredients: –

– 4 chicken breasts
– Cottage cheese – 1 cup
Black pepper – a teaspoon
Salt – a teaspoon
Garlic powder – half a teaspoon
Onion powder – half a teaspoon
– rosemary – a teaspoon
Crushed red pepper – top
– cumin – a pinch
Olive oil – a quarter cup
Lemon juice – 4 tablespoons

How to prepare: –
